The journey of Tee-AK began with a simple craving and a familiar struggle: finding genuine, high-quality ingredients for traditional African cooking here in Canada. We realized that getting perfectly smoked fish and other pantry staples often meant compromising on freshness, flavor, or authenticity.
We chose to launch with our Premium Smoked Catfish because it is the cornerstone of so many beloved African meals—from rich Egusi and Efo Riro soups to hearty Jollof rice. We apply a meticulous, time-honored smoking technique to lock in that deep, unmistakable flavor, ensuring that every piece is plump, moist, and ready for your pot.
